We’ve always been builders—of businesses, systems, and trust. Even in retirement, we’re not ones to sit still. Give us a run-down house and we’ll bring it back to life. Hand us a messy attic and we’d be eager to organize it. We’ve always had a passion for fixing what’s broken and simplifying life—not just for ourselves, but for others.

 

We’re Claudia and Brad Race. After relocating to rural Tennessee to be closer to family, we found ourselves restoring a late-1800s farmhouse—a labor of love that reminded us how much we still enjoy getting our hands dirty, solving problems, and building things that matter— and while the physical work has gotten tougher over time, our desire to serve hasn’t diminished.

 

Concierge Property Services (CPS) began with a simple idea:  to use the skills and experience we’ve built over a lifetime to make property ownership simpler and stress-free. Claudia founded a state-licensed PHCP agency in Atlanta, helping elderly and disabled clients live safely at home by coordinating everything from personal care and transportation to meal preparation and property services. Brad spent decades in manufacturing and operations, later applying those skills to the waterpark industry—specializing in design, manufacturing, and installation. He eventually served as CEO of a manufacturing facility, bringing leadership and operational expertise to the forefront.

 

Between us, we’ve led teams, managed projects, and delivered the kind of oversight and follow-through that makes people feel taken care of.

 

That’s what CPS is all about.

 

We provide in-home inspections, on-call support, and proactive oversight for absentee homeowners, second-property owners, and short-term rental investors. We go beyond just showing up. We document everything with time-stamped photos, written reports, and easy scheduling tools—so clients always know what’s happening at their property, even from miles away.
